- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The Free plan lets you try Mr.Repo for 14 days with one QR campaign and up to 5 feedback responses, and no credit card is required. Paid plans unlock more campaigns, unlimited responses, analytics, and instant alerts.
- What happens when a customer scans the QR code?
- They're taken to a branded feedback page. They rate their experience, then choose to share publicly (Google Review) or send private feedback directly to you — their choice, no pressure either way.
- How do I connect Mr.Repo to Google Reviews?
- During campaign setup, paste your Google Business Profile review URL. Mr.Repo will redirect happy customers directly to that link so they can leave a review in one tap.
- Is my customer feedback data secure?
- Connections to Mr.Repo use HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We do not sell customer data. You can delete your account from Settings, and you can ask us to delete customer feedback records by writing to support@mrrepo.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.
