Step 1 — Create your account

Sign up in seconds. Enter your business name and paste your Google Review link. No credit card required for the Free plan. Your account is live immediately.

Step 2 — Customize your branding

Upload your logo and choose your brand colour so the customer-facing feedback page reflects your business. Configure the review platforms you want to send customers to: Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Facebook, or a custom URL.

Step 3 — Generate and display QR codes

Download your unique QR codes as high-resolution PNG files or print-ready PDFs. Display them at your counter, on tables, in changing rooms, at reception, or anywhere customers interact with your business. Each campaign gets its own unique QR code.

Step 4 — Customers scan and choose

When a customer scans your QR code, they arrive at a simple, branded feedback page. They rate their experience (1 to 5 stars) and then choose: share publicly on Google, or send a private message directly to management. Both options are always visible — Google-compliant, no gating.

Step 5 — You respond and improve
