We also collect customer feedback submitted through QR code campaigns — name, email, phone, and message — only when the customer explicitly consents to being contacted.

We use your information to operate the MrRepo platform, send feedback alerts, provide analytics, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account data, contact us through the contact form. Customer feedback data can be deleted on request using the unsubscribe or deletion link in any follow-up communication.

Data retention
Customer feedback data is retained for the period configured by your business (default: 365 days), after which contact information is anonymised automatically. Business account data is retained for the life of your account.
