Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Mr.Repo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate business information when registering
• Use the feedback collection features transparently with your customers
• Only send messages to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive them
• Honor all unsubscribe requests immediately
• Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA
• Comply with the review platform policies of Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and Facebook

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Review gate — selectively prevent or discourage customers from leaving public reviews based on their rating or sentiment
• Generate fake reviews — post, solicit, or facilitate reviews that do not reflect genuine customer experiences
• Spam customers — send unsolicited messages to customers who have not opted in
• Impersonate a review platform — use branding, logos, or language that implies affiliation with Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, or the BBB
• Collect feedback under false pretenses
• Use the platform for industries prohibited by our payment processor or applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant review platforms.

4. Review Platform Compliance

The Service is designed to comply with the policies of major review platforms. In particular:

• Every customer must always see and have access to public review links — this is a hard requirement of the platform and cannot be disabled by any business account
• The Service does not filter, gate, or intercept reviews based on star rating or sentiment
• AI-generated review text is not provided to customers. Customers write their own reviews in their own words
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with any additional policies imposed by Google, Yelp, or other review platforms in your jurisdiction

5. Subscription Terms

The Free plan is a 14-day free trial that starts when you create your account. It is limited to 1 QR campaign and 5 feedback responses. When the trial period ends or the response limit is reached, feedback collection is paused until you upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans include Pro ($29/month or ₹299/month, up to 5 campaigns), Premium ($99/month or ₹499/month, unlimited campaigns), and Pay As You Go ($1 or ₹19 per feedback response, all Premium features with no monthly fee). Scanning a QR code or opening a feedback page is never charged. Annual plans are also available. Monthly pricing shown in USD; INR pricing displayed for India-based users.

Each person and each business location may use the free trial once. If a new account uses an email address or Google Business listing that has already had a free trial, including one from a deleted account, it continues that original trial instead of starting a new one. Creating accounts to obtain additional free trials is not permitted.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period: your current plan and its features stay active until then, and you will not be charged again for the cancelled plan. You can undo a cancellation or downgrade at any time before it takes effect. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law.

Link QR codes. This QR works while your Mr.Repo plan is active. That applies to any QR code set to open Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, a website or a links page instead of your review page. When a plan ends, these QR codes keep working for a 7-day grace period. After that, people who scan them see a page saying the link is temporarily unavailable until you renew. We never delete the QR codes or their settings when a plan ends, and renewing turns them back on straight away. Review QR codes follow the free trial and plan rules above.

We reserve the right to change plan prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the property of Mr.Repo Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data, customer feedback, and uploaded content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to deliver the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
