Acceptable use

MrRepo may be used only for legitimate reputation management purposes. You may not use MrRepo to solicit, incentivise, or filter reviews in ways that violate Google review policies or the review policies of any other platform. All customers must always have equal access to leave a public review, regardless of their star rating.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Memberships dashboard. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.

Prohibited activities

You may not use MrRepo to: filter or gate public review access based on star rating, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, submit fake or misleading reviews, violate any applicable law or regulation, or interfere with the operation of MrRepo systems.

Limitation of liability

MrRepo is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
