How it works

  1. Step 1: Add a business

    Give it a name and create its QR code.

  2. Step 2: Set it up

    Add its logo and colour, and choose where its alerts go.

  3. Step 3: Link its Google listing

    Pick the business on Google, so its own reviews and rating show up.

What each business gets

  • Its own QR code and review page.

    Customers who scan the code land on that business’s page, with its name and look.

  • Its own branding.

    Set a logo and brand colour for each business. If a business has no logo of its own, your account logo is used.

    Branding is on Pro and above.

  • Its own alerts.

    Set an alert email and phone for each business. If you leave them blank, your account’s alert details are used.

    SMS alerts are on Premium and Pay As You Go.

Can I connect a different Google account for each business?
Not today. Each business is linked to its own Google listing, so its reviews and rating stay separate. Connecting Google to verify your businesses is coming soon, and it depends on Google’s approval.
