Google Review Management

Google review management for businesses

When someone searches for a place to eat, a salon or a mechanic, your Google rating is usually the first thing they see. Mr.Repo helps you ask for reviews the right way, read them in one place, and see where your rating is heading.

The problem

Your reviews matter, but nobody has time to manage them

Before people book, they check Google. Often the business with the better rating gets the call, even if the other one is closer or cheaper.

  • Happy customers don’t think to review.

Most people enjoy their visit and then walk out the door. Unless someone asks at the right moment, you hear mostly from the few who had a bad day.

  • Asking feels awkward.

Staff aren’t sure how to bring it up, so it doesn’t happen. Or it happens differently with every customer.

  • The reviews are scattered.

Your reviews live on Google, your feedback lives somewhere else, and checking both means opening several tabs.

  • You can’t see the direction.

Your rating is one number on a screen. Is it creeping up? Did it slip after the busy season? A single number doesn’t tell you.

Reviews shape how people find you, yet most owners only look at them when something goes wrong.

What Mr.Repo does

Make it easy to leave a review, then keep an eye on what comes in

Mr.Repo doesn’t write reviews for you, pay for them, or choose who sees your review link. It makes the honest route simpler and gives you a clear view of what follows.

  • Ask every customer the same way.

A QR poster, a printed sticker on some plans, or a direct link takes customers to your public Google review page. Everyone gets the same options, however their visit went.

  • Read your recent reviews in one place.

Your latest Google reviews appear in your dashboard, with the star rating, the date and what the customer wrote, so you don’t have to go looking for them.

  • Watch your rating over time.

Connect your Google account and Mr.Repo shows how your rating has moved, and where your current pace is likely to take it.

  • See how you compare.

Put your rating and review growth next to nearby businesses, using Google’s official places data.

How it works

From QR code to clearer picture, in four steps

  1. Step 1: Add your Google review link.

Paste it in when you set up your campaign. It takes a minute.

  2. Step 2: Put your QR code where customers are.

Print a branded poster for the counter, the table or the front desk, or send the direct link by email or SMS.

  3. Step 3: Customers choose.

They can leave a public Google review, or send private feedback if they’d rather. Both options are offered to everyone.

  4. Step 4: Follow what comes in.

Read new reviews in your dashboard, check your rating trend, and see how nearby businesses are doing.

Honest reviews only

Reviews should come from real customers

Google has clear rules about reviews, and breaking them can get reviews removed or a listing penalised. Mr.Repo is built around those rules.

  • Everyone sees the same choices.

We don’t filter customers by rating or send happy customers to Google and unhappy ones somewhere else.

  • No rewards for reviews.

Don’t offer discounts or gifts in return for a review. Mr.Repo doesn’t ask for it either.

  • No fake reviews.

Reviews come from real customers, in their own words.

  • Bad reviews can’t be deleted.

Mr.Repo can’t remove a review, and no honest tool can. You can reply politely and fix the problem behind it.

Why it matters

A better rating comes from steady habits, not tricks

Small, regular asks do more than one big push a year.

  • People trust numbers.

More reviews and a higher rating make a stranger more comfortable choosing you.

  • Customers describe you better than you can.

What they write about your food, your service or your work often sounds more believable than your own marketing.

  • It helps people find you.

Reviews are one of the things Google considers in local results. Nobody can promise a ranking, but a steady flow of honest reviews doesn’t hurt.

Questions

Questions people ask

Will Mr.Repo get me more Google reviews?
It makes leaving one easier, because the QR code takes customers straight to your review page. How many you get depends on how many customers you ask.
Can Mr.Repo remove a bad review?
No. Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google’s policies. You can reply and sort out the problem behind it.
Can I reply to Google reviews in Mr.Repo?
Not yet. Replying from the dashboard is coming with Google Business Profile management. For now you can use our reply templates and respond on Google yourself.
Do I need to connect my Google account?
Not to collect reviews. You do need to connect it to see your rating history in the dashboard.
Does Mr.Repo filter who gets sent to Google?
No. Everyone sees the same options, a public Google review or private feedback, whatever their visit was like.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. It lasts 14 days, needs no card, and includes one QR campaign.
